
Clay joined the Shenehon business valuation team in 2002. He holds the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation in business valuation from the American Society of Appraisers and an MBA in Financial Management from the Carlson School at the University of Minnesota. Clay works with clients facing a wide variety of valuation-specific issues including estate planning, shareholder disputes, marital dissolutions, and others. In addition to his valuation responsibilities, he makes time to teach and publish journal articles.

As a member of the Shenehon real estate team, Kate specializes in valuing luxury homes, multi-family properties and commercial land. Kate graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Real Estate Studies, and is currently fulfilling the requirements for becoming a Certified General Appraiser.

Heather joined the business valuation team in early 2007. Her experience to date includes 100% and partial interest valuations for estate and gifting purposes, potential sales and marital dissolutions. Heather is a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers and is actively pursuing her CBA designation.

Laura graduated from St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology. Laura currently holds a Certified General Appraiser license in the state of Minnesota, and is pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate at the University of St. Thomas.
Joshua earned a B.A. in Finance with honors from the University of St. Thomas. Joshua has worked on 100% and partial interest valuations relating to estate taxes, buy-out agreements, marriage dissolution and conservation easement. He plans on pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
