
John is a Vice President, a senior appraiser and director of special projects at Shenehon. During his 22 years on the real estate team, John has made a name for himself valuing wetlands, rail corridors, recreational properties and pipelines. In addition to appraising, John oversees the progress of our analysts towards full licensure in the state of Minnesota. He teaches graduate students at the University of St. Thomas and regularly contributes to our in-house newsletter, Valuation Viewpoint, and to the International Right-of-Way Magazine.
Awarded scholarships by the Minnesota Association of Realtors and by the Minneapolis Chapter of the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers.
