H. Ellis Beck

Ellis joined Shenehon Company’s real estate division after several years as a researcher for an appraisal firm in Denver, Colorado.  As a valuation analyst at Shenehon, Ellis continues to track market conditions and trends.  He prepares well-thought out and detailed analyses, and clearly communicates to his clients how market conditions affect a property’s value.  Ellis works on appraisals for retail, industrial, office, and apartment buildings, as well as vacant land.
