Heather is a valuation analyst on Shenehon Company’s real estate team and is one of the few analysts with expertise in tax increment financing (TIF). Clients rely on Heather to analyze TIF options and provide them the information they need to structure their development projects wisely. Heather is highly skilled at organizing clients’ portfolios that have multiple layers of entities and holdings. Heather’s work experience includes completing business valuations in a wide variety of industries, valuing non-controlling interests, and applying lack of control and marketability discounts to various types of interests.
