Madeline M. (Strachota) Maloney

Maddie is a Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff at Shenehon Company.  She came to Shenehon after working in digital marketing and communications for several prominent Minnesota companies, including Medtronic and UnitedHealth Group.  Maddie decided to leverage both her communications and analytical skills when she made a pivot into the world of finance. She earned her MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where she majored in Finance and took a pathway in Real Estate. Maddie uses both soft skills and hard skills to prepare market-driven appraisals and communicate her opinion of value to clients.
